How-To Force CloudBolt Login Page with Automatically Login to SSO Enabled

Overview

In the event, that the Super Admin needs to manually get to the CloudBolt Login page after “Automatically log in to SSO” is enabled, proceed with the following steps.

Considerations

• Automatically Login to SSO is enabled

• There are no users assigned/granted to the SSO configured to the CMP Portal

• Super Admin needs login access

Procedure

Step 1 - Access the following login URL

1. Open a browser to: <your-cloudbolt-instance>/accounts/login/?failure=True

   1. For example, if your CloudBolt instance is: cloudbolt-prod.example.com on HTTPS, the URL would be: https://cloudbolt-prod.example.com/accounts/login/?failure=True

2. The non-SSO log in page should appear

3. Log in with the Super Admin account
