Windows provisioning fails at "Extending C: file system to fit hardware."

Using CloudBolt v4.5.2.1 and earlier.

Symptom: Provisioning fails at step "Extending C: file system to fit hardware." with the error "Failed to authenticate with the guest operating system using the supplied credentials." despite having set the VMware Template Password parameter.

Solution: The server's Administrator password is not properly being reset. To rectify, set the parameter "Server Password" on the group, environment, or globally; the "VMware Template Password" parameter alone is not enough. The "Server Password" parameter will make sure the Administrator password is set for all newly provisioned Windows servers.
