Lock/Prevent Server Deletion

Sometimes, you might want to prevent a Server from being deleted through CloudBolt. You can add the "Server Lock" parameter to any Server in CloudBolt to block users from deleting a server. As a parameter, you can also bake this into new servers in an Environment or Group.
